This policy explains how Nevika Innovations Private Limited ("Heliver", "we") handles your information when you use the Heliver app.

What we collect

Your phone number, name, delivery addresses, family member names you add, orders, prescription photos you upload, and the location you choose to share for delivery.

Why we use it

To verify your sign-in, have a registered pharmacist review prescriptions, process payments and deliveries, and send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or app notifications.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with our payment processor, delivery partners and the pharmacy fulfilling your order. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in the app, and delete your account at any time from More → Delete account or by visiting our account deletion page.
